Happy New Year！I did not modify the workflow, the document used for the photos, or the two photos downloaded via the curl command.

Something is different in your workflow than the one pubilshed at https://unsloth.ai/docs/models/qwen-image-2512. When I load, the images are wired in the opposite order that you have. You can Export the json workflow and paste it and I can take a look at what exactly is causing the issue.

I've changed the image order, but the same error persists. I'm currently using qwen_image_edit_2511_fp8mixed in Comfyui, and it works perfectly.

interchanging fp8 mixed with the workflow would not work as the unsloth workflow is run with GGUF files. If you could export the workflow and upload it here, we can take a look.

I'm using Comfyui's workflow.

I've run through the tutorial step by step on an ubuntu machine and verified with a third party that the guide, if followed exactly works without error. Based on the screenshots and what you've been saying, it does seem like there is a difference in workflow, but it could also be due to a different environment. If you'd like us to help troubleshoot please export the json workflow that produces the error so we can load it and try to reproduce the issue. The image screenshot is unfortunately not enough for us. You can export the json by clicking comfy icon -> File -> Export and then upload the json here. It could also be that you are running on a different environment than Ubuntu, which maybe needs a slightly different setup. Are you using ubuntu or something else?

I try both windows and Ubuntu(WSL).I met the same problem.

How did you install ComfyUI and ComfyUI-GGUF?

I don't have your exact images so I can't be sure, but running images from the workflow with your json works on my ubuntu machine. It could that the QwenImageEdit node isn't supported for your version. Did you install via desktop app, or manual install? If you did via desktop I would recommend trying the manual install.
